History
Established in 1986, I started my business in the plumbing & heating trade in the State of New York. I worked in Boston, MA and Simsbury, CT in 2004 all the way to Waxhaw, NC until 2024. I’ve recently relocated my business to Hamilton, Montana and look forward to working with you!

Ken replaced my 50 year old furnace with a new, super efficient furnace and installed a new water heater also. He was very knowledgeable and competent and really nice to boot! He also serviced the system for 2 free cleanings. He is awesome and I would highly recommend his services for any type of plumbing, repairs or installations. My sincere gratitude and appreciation! I’m the type to DIY most small jobs and selectively hire folks based on quality, dependability and value. I hired Ken to replace a toilet, install new faucets in my kitchen, replace the fill valve in a second toilet, and install a showerhead. When I first engaged with Ken, he understood my situation and patiently advised me as I selected my fixtures. Ken is responsive and generous with his time and was able to recommend options for future projects without making the current project bigger. The toilet turned out to not be DIY-friendly. The flange underneath was compromised in a way that allowed the existing toilet to rock. He showed me the root cause and the bracket he used to secure the new fixture. Ken also removed his shoes at the door and carefully cleaned the granite before installing the new kitchen fixtures. His labor and material costs were reasonable for the work performed and outstanding given his level professionalism, care and attention to detail. I’m eager to recommend Ken to anybody who needs plumbing work!

We have had Ken respond to 2 different water leak emergencies in our house. We have been VERY impressed with his professional demeanor,his quick response to our needs and the efficiency of the repairs performed. Having built my own home in my youth I can truly appreciate his dedication to his craft. And, he's a really nice guy to talk to!!! Keep up the great work Ken, and don't take this wrong, but I hope you don't need you in the future...........but you'll be the ONLY one we call if we do.

We first hired Ken ten years ago when doing a kitchen renovation, where he installed several major appliances including a gas stove and whole house water filter. Since then he installed our natural gas furnace (completing an oil to gas conversion), outdoor faucets, basement sump pump, and numerous other projects I can't even remember right now. Ken always came over as soon as possible and performed the repairs with professionalism and attention to detail that went way beyond most other contractors. We miss him here in CT, but our loss is NC's gain!

Ken is a professional who is responsive, punctual, accurate, honest and does excellent quality work installing quality products. He has not only installed a boiler, water heater, and garbage disposal in our home but he has come to our aid during a burst pipe emergency and helped my 80 year old mother with a similar emergency. He services and stands behind the products he installs and he will never sugar coat a problem. We hired Ken almost 10 years ago to install a new boiler and water heater and he did an excellent job at a fair price. He always responds to our calls promptly and shows up when he says he will (once you have a contractor like that, you hold onto them!). We have been very happy with the boiler and water heater he recommended and installed and I never had to chase him to do the yearly service - he usually called me because it was on his schedule! He is very neat and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.
